2026년 9월 5일 개정: 자동 수집 항목(IP 해시값)과 그 보관, 처리 위탁·국외 이전 대상(Supabase), 외부 AI 서비스의 임시 보관 기간, 브라우저 저장소 사용 범위를 실제 처리 방식에 맞게 수정했습니다.
라라랜드맘(이하 “회사”)은 aifitpix.com 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1. 수집 항목과 수집 시점

2. 이용 목적
- AI 가상 피팅 이미지·영상·3D 모델의 생성 및 전달

- 부정 이용 방지 및 서비스 안정성 확보
회사는 위 목적 외의 용도로 개인정보를 이용하지 않습니다. 특히 이용자의 사진을 AI 모델의 학습 데이터로 사용하지 않으며, 광고·홍보 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 사진의 처리 방식과 보유 기간
- 업로드한 사진은 생성 처리를 위해서만 전송되며, 회사의 서버에 영구 보관하지 않습니다.
- 생성된 결과물은 이용자의 브라우저에 표시되며, 다운로드 여부는 이용자가 결정합니다.
- 생성 처리를 위해 KIE.ai 에 전송된 사진은 KIE.ai 의 임시 저장소에 보관되며(KIE.ai 안내 기준 약 3일 후 만료), 생성 결과 링크는 수 시간 내에 만료됩니다. Tripo AI 의 3D 결과 링크는 생성 후 24시간이 지나면 만료됩니다. 회사는 결과물을 이용자의 브라우저로 전달한 뒤 회사 서버에 남기지 않습니다.
- 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 사진과 결과물의 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 요청을 받은 즉시 회사가 접근할 수 있는 범위에서 파기합니다.
그 밖의 정보는 수집 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기하되, 관련 법령에 따라 아래 정보는 정해진 기간 보관합니다.

무료 이용 횟수 제한을 위하여 저장하는 접속 IP 해시값과 이용 시각은 자동 삭제 기한이 정해져 있지 않으며, 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 결제번호별 생성 사용 횟수와 로그인 회원의 이용권 기록은 대금 결제 및 재화 공급 기록으로서 위 표의 기간을 적용합니다.
4. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

이용자는 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만 사진의 국외 이전 없이는 생성 처리가 불가능하므로, 거부하시는 경우 서비스를 이용하실 수 없습니다.
7. 쿠키와 브라우저 저장소
회사는 이용권 잔여 횟수 보관, 결제 화면 이동 전 생성된 시안 이미지의 임시 보관(결제 확인 후 자동 삭제), 결제 복구, 언어 설정 유지를 위하여 브라우저 저장소(localStorage·IndexedDB)를 사용합니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 이를 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 구매한 이용권이 조회되지 않을 수 있습니다. 구글 로그인을 이용한 경우 이용권은 계정에 연결되어 서버에도 보관됩니다.
회사는 서비스 이용 통계 분석을 위하여 Google Analytics를 사용합니다. 이 과정에서 분석용 쿠키(_ga 등)를 통해 유입 경로, 열람 화면, 기능 사용 여부 등 접속 기록이 수집되며, IP 주소는 익명화되어 처리됩니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정 또는 Google Analytics 차단 부가기능으로 이를 거부할 수 있고, 거부하더라도 서비스 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치하고 그 결과를 회신합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 사진 전송 구간을 암호화(HTTPS)하고, 결제 및 생성 요청에 대하여 서버 측 검증을 수행하며, 처리 권한을 최소한의 인원으로 제한하고 있습니다.
11. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 변경 내용과 시행일을 사이트에 공지합니다.
Privacy Policy
Effective 5 September 2026
Revised 5 September 2026: the automatically collected items (hashed IP) and their retention, the processors and cross-border recipients (Supabase), the temporary retention periods at external AI providers, and the scope of browser storage were corrected to match actual processing.
Lalalandmam (the “Company”) treats the personal data of aifitpix.com users with care and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable law.

2. Purpose of processing
- Generating and delivering AI virtual fitting images, motion clips and 3D models
- Confirming payment, granting and deducting credits, handling refunds
- Responding to enquiries and providing customer support
- Preventing misuse and maintaining service stability
The Company does not use personal data for any other purpose. In particular, the Company does not use your photographs as training data for AI models and does not use them for advertising or promotion.
3. How photographs are handled and how long they are kept
- Uploaded photographs are transmitted solely for generation processing and are not permanently stored on the Company's servers.
- The generated output is displayed in your browser; whether to download it is your decision.
- Photographs sent to KIE.ai for generation are held in KIE.ai's temporary storage (expiring after about 3 days according to KIE.ai's documentation), and generated result links expire within hours. Tripo AI's 3D result links expire 24 hours after generation. The Company delivers the output to your browser and does not keep it on its own servers.
- You may request deletion of your photographs and output at any time, and the Company will destroy them immediately to the extent within its control.
Other data is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. The following records are retained for the periods required by law:

The hashed IP address and time of use stored to limit free usage have no fixed automatic deletion date; they are deleted without delay when you request it. Per-payment generation counts and signed-in members' credit records are payment and supply records and follow the period in the table above.
4. Disclosure to third parties
The Company does not disclose personal data to third parties, except where required by law or upon lawful request by an investigative authority.

You may refuse the transfer. However, generation is not possible without transferring the photograph abroad, so refusal means the Service cannot be used.
7. Cookies and browser storage
The Company uses browser storage (localStorage and IndexedDB) to hold your remaining credits, temporarily keep the generated preview image while you are taken to the payment screen (deleted automatically once payment is confirmed), recover an interrupted payment and remember your language. You may disable this in your browser settings, but purchased credits may then not be found. Where Google sign-in is used, credits are also stored on the server linked to your account.
The Company uses Google Analytics to measure how the service is used. Analytics cookies (such as _ga) record access logs including referral path, screens viewed and feature usage; IP addresses are anonymised. You may opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, with no restriction on your use of the service.
8. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Requests sent to the contact below are actioned without delay and the outcome is reported to you. The Company does not collect personal data from children under the age of 14.

Complaints may also be raised with the Korea Internet & Security Agency Privacy Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, 118), the Supreme Prosecutors' Office Cyber Investigation Division (www.spo.go.kr, 1301), or the National Police Agency Cyber Bureau (ecrm.police.go.kr, 182).
10. Security measures
The Company encrypts photograph transmission (HTTPS), performs server-side verification of payment and generation requests, and restricts processing access to the minimum number of personnel.
11. Changes to this policy
Any change to this policy will be announced on the site together with its effective date.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
